Fitness By Design
This small group training is for both men and women with weight loss goals. Experience the energy of working out with a team, the power of accountability, the expertise and guidance of a personal trainer, and the inspiration of shared successes! The beginning of each class is spent on nutrition. Participants will them be given a personalized workout plan for both during the session and other non-meeting dates. During training session, group works out in fitness center with the trainer floating between individuals as they workout to answer any questions, provide instruction and give motivation! Class sessions are once a week for 90 minutes for 6 weeks with a certified personal trainer.
Cost: $150 per person for members
$190 per person for non-members

Individualized Running Programs

Let a professional design and guide you to the next level of competition with an individualized running program. Brent Watkins has been a high school cross country coach with over 13 years of coaching experience. Whether you want to outperform the running field or overtake a personal goal, it can happen!
Cost: Members: $50 initial month, $30 each additional month.
Non-members: $65 initial month, $45 each additional month.
For additional strength program, add an additional $30 per month (members only)
